Claiming Prizes

Free Money Rules

Sometimes Bingo Hall will have promotions going on which players will receive a bonus with no previous deposits required. (e.g. Free Money). Below you will find the rules players that apply the description below must follow:
- The bonus money cannot be withdrawn by itself; it can only be played.
- Any winnings made from this bonus money can be redeemed if and only if the amount of the cash out is above $50.00 USD which does NOT include a $10.00 USD service charge fee customers will be charged to cash out.
- The maximum redemption amount that players can obtain due to winnings made from existing and previous free money promotions is $150.00 USD. Any person who tries to go above this limit will have his funds returned to his account and they must be played entirely.
- People who abuse of any ongoing free money promotions will have all of their accounts closed.
Bonus Rules
Bonuses can only be used for Bingo. If you wish to play bonuses on slots, keno, or video poker, you can if you wish convert bonuses using the 'Casino Bucks' conversion tool found on site. The criteria for using this conversion tool will be 12 times your amount transferred in order to cash out any winnings made from it.
Players must wager 3 times their purchase amount or spend 95% of their deposit, to meet wagering requirements, for bonuses and cash outs. Example: If you deposit $20, you must wager $60.
Only players whose total amount of withdrawals are higher than their total lifetime deposits will have their Bonus balance removed from their accounts when a withdrawal request is made. When such players request a payout, all bonus money is removed from their balances automatically and the process is irreversible. If your lifetime deposits are higher than your history of withdrawals you are not subject to this rule and you will be able to keep your entire bonus balance.

New Rule
The maximum deposit amount you can submit at Bingo Hall is $750.00 USD per 24 hours after your last deposit has been made. In some cases, depending on your account status, depositing method or personal requests from the player, this maximum depositing limit may be higher or lower than that. All accounts by default, when created, will have a $750.00 USD limit per 24 hours. The maximum bonus amount you can retrieve from any promotion will be the percentage that falls under the promotion that will be running at that time.
Withdrawal Rules
Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. However, Bingo Hall only processes withdrawals from the system which is connected to our bank on Mondays. Your withdrawal request must enter the system prior to Sunday at 11:59 p.m. in order for our accounting department to process your request. If you have placed more than one withdrawal request, the first withdrawal entry will be the withdrawal processed; all subsequent withdrawals will be automatically declined. Bingo Hall will honor one payout per household only once a week. (The 3 times wagering rule must be met before any cash out.)
Household and Spousal accounts
In the case of multiple household accounts, we will not permit one account to deposit while the other has a pending withdrawal. If one of the accounts has a pending withdrawal the second or spousal account will be disabled until after the withdrawal is processed and another deposit has been made. We will only allow ONE payout per spousal account, the first withdrawal submitted will be the request processed and if there is a payout on the second account it will be automatically declined and the account will be disabled.
